TIR Systems Ltd. (“TIR”) respects your privacy and values its relationship with you. Your personal information will be protected, will never be sold, and will be used only by TIR, its affiliates, agents, suppliers, and business partners in order to provide services. HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED BY TIR

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY TIR AND HOW IS IT USED
(A) Personal Information that TIR may collect:
TIR may collect personal information about you that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. TIR may collect this information directly from you or from its Web site, its agents, affiliates, service providers, business partners and other sources that compile lists of potential lighting purchasers, always with your consent when required by law.
For example, when you purchase a product from TIR, TIR and its affiliates, agents, suppliers, and business partners will collect information about you that may be used by TIR for the above stated purposes. TIR also may conduct promotions and may offer several forms of personalized services such as warranties, servicing and maintenance services, in respect of which you may be requested to provide certain contact and eligibility information such as name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and other information that may be required to provide or administer these services or promotions. TIR may also request that you to provide additional information about your purchasing patterns and preferences, gender and other financial, insurance and demographic information such as family income. TIR uses this information as described in the list of uses set out above.

(i) What Information TIR May Collect Through its Web Site:
During normal Web site usage, you can visit TIR’s site without communicating any personal information. However, to make use of certain features on TIR’s site, such as promotions, personalized services, or online appointments with one of TIR’s agents, users may need to register with the TIR site. As part of this voluntary registration, TIR may request contact and eligibility information such as name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and other data required for operating these services or promotions.
As described in paragraph A above, TIR may also ask you to provide additional personal information. TIR uses this information as described in the list of uses set out above.
You should be aware that when you share personal information in public areas of any Web site, such as chat rooms or bulletin boards, this information might be seen and used by others. TIR urges you to exercise good judgment when sharing personal information in these forums.
(ii) TIR’s Web Site – Use of Cookies:
When you visit TIR’s Web site, TIR may collect and store information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis using “cookie” technology. A cookie is an element of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then store the cookie on your hard drive. Cookies may tell us the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at on TIR’s sites, and the site you visited just before coming to the TIR Web site.
